Link Love

The internet is a wild, wild place.

I’m always scouring the internet for treasures. I save them all up in notes on my phone and then, I love to share with friends.

We’re friends, right? Let me share my internet treasures with you!

Here we go…Volume One!

Meghan Markle, The Duchess of Sussex shares her story of loss. It’s an important message in how a simple question can start the healing process.

Cori Bush on how thrifting IS Congressional. I loved her tweets about finding a congressional wardrobe and then seeing some other bada** ladies cheering her on and weighing in with their own thrifted wardrobe tips!

Honest to god, make Amazon Pay! I mean seriously…

I just finished Schitts Creek (and ahem, bawled my eyes out…obviously). This scene never ever fails to crack me up. I can honestly see my Mom and myself having a very similar conversation in the kitchen - ha!

I went to Target for Mason Jars…and they were out! I was like ‘whoooaaa doomsday preppers in Kailua?!’. All joking aside, I learned that there is actually a shortage! People are hoarding them. “Turns out, there may be no better barometer of the state of our economy than the mason jar.”

In honor of Barack Obama - because I’m listening to A Promised Land on audiobook and am about 3 hours into his 29 hour long memoir. Check out this pic of him…oh and read about him honoring the women in his life.

Daily Life Among the Caretakers of Britain’s Small Islands. So gorgeous. (This might be my favorite of all the links I’ve shared. It’s just so damn poetic.)

Don’t be weird about Cast Iron. This made me laugh because I’ve shared this sentiment before - what’s the big deal - it’s so easy! Dry it off and rub some oil on it….I mean don’t quote me on that but seriously…it will be fine.

I’ll leave you with this…things they have in France I wish we had. Number 2. Number 2 so hard.
